Virginia Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction New Frontier

The Innovative Leadership Training Institute (ILTI) is the brainchild of Bishop Jonathan G. Willis Sr. and the Virginia Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction New Frontier. Responding to the mandate to train better, have continued training focusing on the total ministry, and develop better pastors and leaders, it is Bishop Willis’ vision that the ILTI will be the standard for training not only in this jurisdiction but around the country.

This compilation workbook (8 1/2 x 11”, 198 pages) is designed to offer training and development in each of the core departments and ministries of the church. Whether it is utilized to build a new church from the ground up or sustain and grow existing churches, the ILTI workbook will provide comprehensive uniformity, commitment, and fellowship between churches within the jurisdiction and abroad.

The ILTI seeks to ENGAGE, EDUCATE, EQUIP, and ELEVATE each participant to ensure the church is healthy and viable as instructed by II Timothy 2:15, and encouraged by Matthew 9:37-38"
